2. Data we process
We process only the data you voluntarily provide, mainly through the contact form:
- Identification and contact data: first name, last name, company (if provided), email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message.
- Browsing data: this website uses no profiling cookies, tracking systems, third-party analytics or social plugins. Technical connection data (if collected by the hosting provider) is used only for security and operation.
3. Purposes and legal basis
The purposes of processing and the relevant legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR):
- Respond to contact requests and provide a quote or proposal → pre-contractual measures.
- Manage the business relationship and comply with legal obligations → legal obligation.
- Send commercial communications by email, only with your consent → consent (withdrawable at any time).
Providing data is optional but necessary to answer your request. Without it we cannot handle the contact.
4. How we process data
Data is processed by electronic and computer means, with logic strictly related to the above purposes and with adequate security measures (encrypted channels, limited access, backups). We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Retention
Contact data is kept only for as long as necessary to answer your request and comply with legal obligations, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless required for accounting/legal purposes.
6. Who sees your data
Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with parties supporting our services (hosting, email, consultancy) acting as Processors, and with public bodies or authorities where required by law.
7. Your rights
As a data subject you have the right to (Art. 15-22 GDPR):
- access, rectification, erasure and restriction of your data;
- data portability;
- object to processing;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
